Requirements: 
  1. Minima certificate or Diploma in any discipline.
  2. Preferably with 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position.
  3. Proficient in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  4. Good level of verbal and listening communication skills.
  5. Courteous telephone etiquette, well-groomed, confident and pleasant personality.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  7. Team player with ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities: 
  1. Handle all incoming and outgoing calls professionally and courteously. Ensure that the incoming telephone calls are transferred to the appropriate staff/person promptly. Otherwise, take a message and deliver to the relevant staff/person immediately.
  2. Handle all incoming/outgoing mails and courier documents.
    • For incoming mails and courier, sort out and deliver to the respective division daily.
    • For outgoing mails and courier, ensure a proper record is entered into the outgoing correspondence logbook.
  3. Attend to the guests/clients at the reception area courteously.
  4. To act at a best and reasonable judgement when dealing with external parties entering into the office premises.
  5. To monitor and control office stationeries and groceries.
  6. To attend office cleanliness and maintenance (electrical, fire safety, copier, door access and etc).
  7. To prepare Requisition Form and make order (if necessary) for office stationeries, office equipment, name card printing, books, greeting card and etc.
  8. To keep a record for the call, GPS report, security guard report and etc.
  9. To make arrangement for the birthday party.
  10. To help for the office decoration during festival season.
  11. To inform the Head of Human Resource and Administration Department if inconsistency and/or fraud are discovered in any administration related matters.
  12. To carry out any other administration related tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time.
  13. Assist in any relevant ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the Management.
