  1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate in Business Studies/ Administration/Management or equivalent.
  2. 3-5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in similar capacity.
  3. Proactive, resourceful and ability to perform multi-tasking with minimum supervision.
  4. Good communication, interpersonal and follow up skills.
  5. Good command of both verbal and written English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft applications.
  7. Willing to work in Kajang.

  1. To provide full spectrum of general administrative support including office administration, stationery, cleanliness, courier service, pest control, office equipment, furniture and fitting, pantry grocery replenishment, liaison with vendor on office maintenance, air ticket booking and etc.
  2. To monitor and control the general office administration matters such as keys to the office, burglar alarm system, telephone system, door access system, other office equipment and facility and overall office maintenance.
  3. To keep the records of general administration support and assist to attending general office maintenance and housekeeping of the working area.
  4. To search, book and arrange for air ticket, travel arrangement, visa application, accommodation reservation, travel plans and schedules for employees and Directors. To update and prepare expenses claim form (for Directors only).
  5. To guide and coordinate answering and screening of all enquiries / calls / faxes / emails / posts.
  6. To plan, coordinate and assist in organizing festival activities, company event and CSR activities. To assist in organizing and booking luncheons for visitors.
  7. To attend maintain and upkeep of company vehicles, such as maintenance, insurance, inspection & road tax and car summons.
  8. To liaise with local Government and Statutory Bodies (such as MPKj, JPJ and etc.), Authorities and Agencies in relation to the compliance needs of a company and its business activities.
  9. To assist in updating attendance/absences, renewal or purchase of travel insurance, updating and renewal of Group Personal Accident and Group Hospitalization & Surgical policy.
  10. To receive, monitor and track documents to ensure proper handling with regards to signatures, distribution and responses.
  11. To maintain the highest level of integrity and confidentiality.
  12. To attend to other ad-hoc relevant tasks that may be assigned from time-to-time.
