  • Possess Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/Administration, Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years working experience in related field.
  • Strong command of written and spoken in English. 
  • Good in mathematics and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Good attitude and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to work at Kajang and travel to Banting.
  • Possess own transport.
  • Full-time position. 
  1. Assist in sourcing quotation for service vendors and suppliers.
  2. Assist and prepare quotation to customers or potential customers.
  3. Assist in gathering market information and conducting market research.
  4. Assist and support in marketing activities and campaign.
  5. Assist in data compiling and analysing pertaining to sales and other financial data.
  6. Assist Executive Director in administrative support functions such as arranging and monitoring travel arrangements, scheduling appointment, submitting claims & etc.
  7. Summarize reports from respective departments and present it to Executive Director.
  8. Monitoring deadlines and follow up on tasks given by Executive Director.
  9. Perform administrative duties as assigned.
  10. Organize and manage confidential documents, correspondence and/or records, and maintain an organized filling.
  11. Maintain of Executive Director’s office equipment and facilities.
  12. Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all level of management, staff and other parties.
  13. Undertake any specific assignment, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required.
