  1. Possess a minimum of STPM/Certificate in any discipline.
  2. At least 1 years’ related working experience, preferably in manufacturing industry.
  3. Experience in handling foreign worker is preferred.
  4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Good self-discipline and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  6. Possess own transport and able to travel to government authorities when required.
  7. Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
  8. Willing to work at Olak Lempit, Banting.
  9. Full-time position is available.

  1. Administration
  1. To assist superior in general office administration functions. 
  2. To check Security Guard’s daily clocking record and highlight to superior if have any abnormality.
  3. To coordinate and maintain office and factory cleanliness, such like workers wash room, worker rest area, locker area, factory general location and etc.
  4. To check and monitor cleanliness of the worker hostel.
  5. To coordinate for the repair and maintenance of the facilities in hostel and office premises; Ensure office premises and hostel are in good functioning order and secured at all times.
  6. Report any malfunction office equipment or company properties, accidents or injuries promptly to the immediate superior.
  7. Perform routine checking on fire extinguisher readiness; Ensure the service is conducted and fire extinguisher license is renewed prior to expiry date.
  8. To participate in upkeeping the ISO management system and safety activities.
  9. Responsible for stationary issuance, recording and purchase requisition.
  10. To conduct spot check workers on uniform and/or restricted items at workplace
  11. To monitor and assist in hostel tenancy agreement renewal and related matters.
  12. To coordinate with Shipping Department and to book with PUSPOKOM for Company vehicle’s inspection.
  13. To perform assigned clerical duties such as photocopying, and filing. To upkeep and maintain proper documentation for Administration.
  1. Human Resource
  1. To assist in attendance updating and checking for all workers. To prepare and furnish summary of leave for Management Staff.
  2. Coordinating and compiling all workers’ overtime claim forms and night shift forms.
  3. To assist in preparing and updating all workers’ Medical Claims by weekly basis.
  4. Liaise with Immigration Department, FOMEMA and other related government authorities on foreign workers related matters, include bring workers to FOMEMA checkup, police report and etc.
  5. Handle workers uniform and general welfare such as distribution and monitoring of safety shoes, uniform and etc.
  6. To record on all workers discipline issues on daily basis, such as wearing uniform, name tag, safety shoes and etc.
  7. Assist in providing briefing and guidance to workers about company rules and regulations. To organize induction program for new employee (Non-Executive).
  8. To perform any task deemed necessary by the immediate superior for the smooth and efficient running of the entire operation of the department and/or company.
