Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Adminstration/ Material Science / Mathematic or equavalent.
- At least 1 year's working experience.
- Computer literate. Proficient with MS Office applications like EXCEL & WORD.
- Experience with ERP will be an added advantage.
- Meticulous and familiar working on figures.
- Good communication skill in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good in coordination and folow up.
- Willing to work at Banting (Olak Lempit).
- Only shortlisted candidate will be notified for interview.
Responsibilities:
- To obtain quotation from supplier.
- To make sure the prices are competitive.
- To monitor purchase orders and delivery schedule.
- To compile incoming and outgoing documents.
- To compile the Good Received Note (GRN)/ Stores Received Advice (SRA) with Supplier Invoice, Delivery Order (DO) and Purchase Order (PO).
- To perform any task deemed necessary by the immediate superior for the smooth and efficient running of the entire operation of the company.
- Contribute to the delivery of timely and efficient Planning and Scheduling services using enterprise resources planning (ERP) systems and associated programs for Planning activities
- Issuing of work orders, co-ordinate with inter departments related to planning workflow.
- Work closely with Marketing and Shipping team on delivery plan.
- Follow up on urgent material with Purchasing Department
- Involve in month end stock check audit and prepare reports
- Update all changes in production schedule and monitor delivery status.
- To answer telephone and taking messages.
- To inform the Head Division immediately if inconsistency and/or fraud are discovered in any related matter.
- Performs other similar and related duties as assigned from time to time
