Requirements: 
 
  • Degree/Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Plantation, Business Administration or any other relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 2 – 3 years sales experiences preferably in plantation, agricultural or horticultural sectors
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Power Point and Excel
  • Able to work under pressure and with high initiative to drive for sales target
  • Candidates must possess own transport and willing to travel.
  • Willing to work at Kajang, Selangr.
  • 2 Full-Time position(s) available.
Responsibilities: 
 
  1. Promote and sell fertilizers, chemicals, pesticides, herbicides and any other agricultural products for the plantations, horticultural sector and home garden.

  2. Implement business development initiatives to achieve sales targets set by the management.

  3. Establish or maintain good relationship with customers through regular sales visits, active follow-ups and value-added service and product training to customers.

  4. Expand existing customer base and explore new business opportunities.

  5. Collate on the regular basis market information on other similar products to help in devising strategies for marketing company products.

  6. Facilitate R&D Division in field trials for the assigned products.

  7. Coordinate and participate in various marketing activities such as agricultural exhibitions, seminars and conferences to keep up with changes in the agricultural industry and expand product knowledge.

  8. Provide reports all sales activities on a weekly and monthly basis.

  9. Assist in any ad-hoc tasks or project that may be assigned from time to time by the Company.
