Requirements: 
  • Minimum diploma in Agriculture or related disciplines.
  • At least 3 years working experiences in the agricultural or plantation industry preferably in rubber or oil palm plantations.
  • Willing to travel locally and overseas.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Required skills: aggressive, fast learner, independent and with initiative.
Responsibilities: 

The Executive – Technical Support Services shall be based in RCP Technologies Sdn. Bhd. office in Kajang but required to operate anywhere in Malaysia and in overseas countries as requested by the Director of Research & Development.

  • Provide technical guidance and support to end users of technologies and products marketed by the Greenyield group of companies.
  • Ensure that Technologies and Products marketed by the group are successfully adopted by end users continuously.
  • Conduct field clinics at various locations in small holdings or plantations to promote wider adoption of technologies and products.
  • Visit plantations and small holdings of end users on a periodic basis to ensure that technologies and products are used as per prescribed procedures and to forestall premature termination by end users.
  • Involve in the promotion of new products coming on stream to various sectors of the industry as directed by the Director of Research & Development from time to time.
  • Prepare monthly reports of all activities carried out for the scrutiny of senior officers of the group and at other times whenever requested by the superiors.
  • Handle other duties and functions in Malaysia or overseas whenever requested by the Director of Research & Development.
