  • Degree/Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Plantation, Business Administration or any other relevant disciplines.
  • Minimum 8 years sales experiences preferably in fertilizer, plantation, agricultural or horticultural sectors.
  • Good track record in selling agricultural or chemical products.
  • Excellent planning, analysing, managerial and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Power Point and Excel.
  • Able to work under pressure and with high initiative to drive for sales target.
  • Candidates must possess own transport and willing to travel.
  • 1 Full-Time position available.

Job Responsibilities:-

The roles and responsibilities of the above position will be as follows:-

  • Responsible for implementing sales strategy in achieving sustainable and profitable growth in agricultural systems and agricultural products such as fertilizer, chemicals, pesticides, herbicides and etc.
  • Responsible to develop new market and maintaining existing customers in the plantations, agricultural and horticultural sectors.
  • Implement business development initiatives to achieve sales targets.
  • Managing and meeting customer satisfaction by providing regular sales visits, active follow-ups and value-added service and product training to customers.
  • Expand existing customer base and explore new business opportunities.
  • Collate on the regular basis market information on other similar products to help in devising strategies for marketing company products.
  • Ensure the sales team involve in facilitating the R&D Division in field trials for the assigned products.
  • Coordinate and participate in various marketing activities such as agricultural exhibitions, seminars and conferences to keep up with changes in the agricultural industry and expand product knowledge.
  • Provide reports all sales activities on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Assist in any ad-hoc tasks or project that may be assigned from time to time by the Company.
